Serene Corporate Conference

This outdoor setting allowed for a beautiful naturalistic backdrop for our clients’ tented event. This tent has artistic lighting and a liner with custom vinyl wrapped stairs and cable railing throughout the outdoor deck.

2018 Corporate Beach Event

This Annual corporate getaway features some of our newest products to enhance the overall experience. The main tent has corporate colored swag and LED lighting with a new seamless laydown floor on the beach. The new 10-T line is being used as poolside massage cabanas and all the tents are being cooled down with our new polar coolers that are more efficient, smaller in size, and much quieter.

Saint John’s Polo for Change 2018

Our crews constructed a total of 14 tents for the Saint John’s Polo for Change 2018 event in Wilton, California, including one tent measuring 20 feet wide by 600 feet long. For more information, see our blog post about the event here.

Community Event with Multiple Structure Tents

This client’s event took place among four of our large structure tents. We installed a 50×60-meter tent, a 25×70-meter tent, a 30×40-meter tent, and a 10×30-meter tent. These tents had a combination of glass and cassette walls, glass doors, patio overhang, subfloor, custom stairs, custom railing, and custom ramps. This project took a total of 5 full days to install, with crews working around the clock in 12-hour

Christmas Party

More than 15 tents were installed for this community Christmas Party. Nine tents with swagging and Wrought Iron Orb Chandeliers were positioned along the walkway to lead guests to the gymnasium, which was transformed with red and white draping and Crystal Chandeliers to create a perfect holiday backdrop! Catering, Valet, Registration and Cigar Lounge tents were also installed to round out this party’s many amenities.

Breakthrough Prize 2018

The Breakthrough Prize, known as “The Oscars of Science,” celebrates the year’s top achievements in physics, life sciences and mathematics. Award winners received a total of $22 million in prizes at the Dec. 3, 2017 gala hosted within several Celebrations! tents installed next to NASA’s Hangar 1 at the Ames Research Center in Mountain View, California. The main event structure was a 40 by 45 meter Monopitch tent.
