– Final Changes for ALL contracts requiring deliveries need to be finalized 7 days prior to the delivery date
– New deliveries placed less than 7 days in advance will be subject to an Express Fee. From May 1 through October 31 (peak season) the Express Fee is $50. From November 1 through April 30 (non-peak season) the Express Fee is $30.
– All delivery fees will be increased by 15% to cover the additional landscape of our market and the needs of our customers
As of March 19th, 2021 Celebrations will be adjusting our labor-intensive pricing as well as all delivery and labor fees. With continual increases to fuel, vehicle standards, best practices, and safety standards as well as the increase in minimum wage we are ultimately needing to change pricing to fall in line with the additional demands to our business. It is not all bad news though, in an effort to remain as relevant as possible we are freshening up our website and we will fabricating products that are becoming more prevalent in our industry such as Table Arbors, new Pallet Walls and Bars, Generators and distro and new tenting lines. In light of recent news regarding COVID-19, we know it is difficult to feel secure in attending, hosting, and planning your upcoming events.
While we are confident that our communities will get past this trying time and be stronger for it, in the meantime we want to do all that we can to ease the stress on our customers and our community.
From now until June 30th, we are altering our rental policy to allow paid deposits to be transferred to any event held in 2020. In addition, for any new 2020 event orders placed from now until May 1, we will extend a 12% rental item discount when a rental deposit is made.
We hope this flexibility will help you and your families feel comfortable planning for the future. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us for any clarification.
