While we closely monitor the ever-changing situation with COVID-19, we have made the decision to make some operational changes to help ensure the health and safety of our staff and customers, and to continue to provide you with the best services possible.
We will remain open for business, though we will be scaling back our staff and hours, effective until further notice. Our phone lines will be open Monday through Saturday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Our Roseville location is open Monday through Saturday 9 a.m. – 5 p.m by appointment only.
Our Reno and Sacramento locations are open Tuesday through Saturday 10 a.m. – 4 p.m by appointment only. Our Sacramento is officially reopened!
We are confident that our community will overcome this obstacle, and we believe it is more important than ever to look forward to the future during these uncertain and scary times. Our updated policies that allow the transfer of your deposit to a new event date if needed.
We are also increasing our efforts to serve the community and support emergency and healthcare services. Since we have had to scale back our working staff for the time being, we ask that all orders be finalized at a minimum of 48 hours prior to delivery.
Will Call orders will still be available at our Roseville location only, Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m.-4 p.m.

In light of recent news regarding COVID-19, we know it is difficult to feel secure in attending, hosting, and planning your upcoming events.
While we are confident that our communities will get past this trying time and be stronger for it, in the meantime we want to do all that we can to ease the stress on our customers and our community.
From now until June 30th, we are altering our rental policy to allow paid deposits to be transferred to any event held in 2020. In addition, for any new 2020 event orders placed from now until May 1, we will extend a 12% rental item discount when a rental deposit is made.
We hope this flexibility will help you and your families feel comfortable planning for the future. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us for any clarification.
